IKEA apre in Serbia
IKEA ha aperto ieri, Giovedì 10 Agosto, il primo magazzino in Serbia situato nella periferia est di Belgrado.
Dopo 16 mesi di lavori, grande curiositá e lunghe code agli ingressi, dove oltre 16.000 persone hanno richiesto la fidelity card promossa dall’azienda.
Presente anche il Presidente della Repubblica di Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, che ha preso parte all’inaugurazione insieme ai rappresentanti dell’azienda svedese ed in particolare al General Manager dell’area Europa sud-orientale, Stefan Vanoverbek, il quale ha dichiarato che l’azienda nutre grandi aspettative dall’apertura del magazzino di Belgrado, in considerazione anche dell’aumento del potere di acquisto nel Paese balcanico.
L’investimento fin qui sostenuto dal “colosso del mobile” è di 70 milioni di euro con l’assunzione di oltre 400 persone.
L’azienda si è fatta carico anche delle infrastrutture per accedere al magazzino che si estende per oltre 35.000mq ed è ora ben collegato all’autostrada Belgrado-Niš.
IKEA si aggiunge cosí alle numerose multinazionali che hanno deciso di investire in Serbia.
